As well as the performances and recordings detailed elsewhere, Janet
has an interest in music for young people, and has composed regularly
for Calico Young People's Theatre and Kidzstuff companies and performed
for Hairy Maclary productions.
Janet has a Masters degree in composition from Victoria University,
where she has previously completed an Honours degree in cello performance,
and teaches compositon at the School of Music Academy for secondary
school students.
